We have received 417 applications nationwide for this year’s Japan Tomorrow. After careful consideration, 15 works have been selected as nominations, and will be screened in Tokyo, Kyoto, Fukuoka, and Nagoya. Final decisions were made during the Tokyo screening, and the 5 winners were announced in May 6th during the award ceremony. A special program consisted of the winners and works selected by the judges will be screened in the Yokohama venue.
