By folding repeated journeys along the same route on different dates and times into a single instance, this work expresses both the repetitive routines of daily life and the minute variations they produce.
 

KANO Shiho

Graduate of Musashino Art University’s Imaging Arts and Sciences program. Received the Media City Festival (Canada) Grand Prize for STILL (1999). Has been invited to screen her works at many festivals in Japan and overseas. Has presented video installations at exhibitions such as the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography’s “IMAGINATION: Vision, Perception and Beyond” (2008) and the Museum of Modern Art, Kamakura Annex’s “At the Kamakura Annex” (2016).
