A man who solemnly repeats his work day after day in his apartment. He harvests the fusen-kazura plants growing on his balcony and plants their seeds again in the pots. In a world seen while changing eyepieces on his microscope, as he stares at phenomena such as killifish eggs hatching, the scale of space gradually shifts from micro to macro and a relay of images is pleasingly connected.
Born in Osaka in 1979. Begin making his own films while helping his friend who is a movie director. Major works include Dropping (2014) and The Ship (2015).
