Young people hang out in a tiny room echoing with music. They drink, play guitar, and speak of ideals… This is a “republic” for living as you please apart from the pressures of contemporary society. Like an invisible man, the camera captures the young people brimming with vitality, and along with bold editing offers a fresh treatment of the theme of “freedom and resistance.”
