What is lacking in today’s cinema? If the film you want to see aren’t being screened, screen them yourself! Gucchi’s Free School, who have introduced and distributed many American independent films rarely brought to Japan, Hadakeru-Kousen, who focus on cutting-edge selections of experimental art films such as the works of Jonas Mekas, and New Neighbors, who have presented, mainly in Kyoto, combination screening-performance-zine events through a collaboration between designer SANUKI Naoya and the band Homecomings, introduce their own activities and share their knowledge and experience.
