Experimental films with no singular characteristic can be hard to come by in a nation like ours, still there are some. Non-linear narrative structures and avant-garde, experimental films have allowed both these special artists and filmmakers to address ideals and issues through these various forms. In these series of short films by visual artists and filmmakers from Singapore, their vision of identity, relationships, consciousness and memories provides a unique perspective.
