This program will include new performances, along with the screenings of Okuyama’s representative works such as “Le Cinéma,” which was completed after recovering from his slump that followed from the completion of Motion Picture Demolition Plan and became the first film of the Motion Picture Composition Plan, My Movie Melodies, a film which the images directly emit sound, and Osmography which was created without using camera but only by developing the film. Also included is the legendary “5mm Film,” which has not been shown again since the 1970s.
