AWAZU Kiyoshi has been involved in a diversity of expressive activities including painting, stage art and performances. He also has been involved in video production. On this occasion, three films will be digitally restored and exhibited: His first work “Invader,” “Furyu,” set in the “Awazu Residence” which opened this year as art space designed by HARA Hiroshi and “Corner.” Also interesting to note is AWAZU Kiyoshi’s collaboration within the art scene at the time. These include a number of film titles regarded as innovative and eye-catching even today, the music of KOSUGI Takahisa, the short Japanese poems of Shuji Terayama and performances by YAMASHITA Yousuke.
