Once in a lifetime movie experience!<\/p>\n<div class=\"film-list\">\n<img src=\"\/2022\/images\/LIVE_the-seashell-and-the-clergyman.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>The Seashell and the Clergyman <\/h2>\n<h3>Germaine DULAC \/ 35mm (Digital ver.) \/ 40min. \/ 1928 \/ France <\/h3>\n<p>Directed by female director Germaine DULAC from a script by Surrealist poet Antonin ARTAUD. The film fantastically depicts the anguish of a monk who falls in love with a woman, using camera work and montage that still surprises us today. This legendary film is said to be the &#8220;first surrealist film&#8221; released earlier than BU\u00d1UEL&#8217;s &#8220;The Dog of Andalusia&#8221; (1929), and caused a stir among surrealists when it was first released.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<p>\u3000<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"\/2022\/images\/LIVE_HasunumaxUzhaan.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<strong> Live performance by Shuta HASUNUMA &#038; U-zhaan <\/strong><br \/>\nA musical unit by musician Shuta HASUNUMA and tabla player U-zhaan. They have been collaborating in various ways since 2012. They composed for a movie &#8220;Manga wo hamidashita otoko: Akatsuka Fujio&#8221; in 2016. In 2017, they released an album &#8220;2 Tone&#8221; featuring Arto LINDSAY, Ryuichi SAKAMOTO, Devendra BANHART as guests. In 2018, the vinyl LP was released internationally and delivered a live show in New York.
