W Special Lecture for Yokohama

With the abundant films in Yokohama Art Museum collection as its center, navigators will choose films, and do a screening along with commentary. This Year’s navigator and films shown will be announced on the festival’s website after the Tokyo screenings, based on the results of the new “East Asian Experimental Competition”. This program will be an introduction to the visual arts, which seeks the meaning of classical film in modern times, through a glimpse of the latest in visual art and its origins.
